Shweta is a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of professional experience, having worked with leading accounting firms such as Ernst & Young, KPMG, and BDO in the areas of Tax & Regulatory Services and Transfer Pricing.

She specializes in advising on corporate tax and transfer pricing matters, including investment structuring into India and regulatory compliance.

She provides advisory and compliance services to domestic funds (AIFs) and Foreign Portfolio Investors (FPIs).

Her experience spans inbound structuring, cross-border taxation, transfer pricing compliance, litigation support, and tax deal advisory, including tax due diligence for large corporates and start-ups.
